Bahrain Kuwait Insurance Company B.S.C (brand logo: gig Bahrain) and its subsidiary Takaful International Company B.S.C (brand logo: gig Bahrain-Takaful) announced the signing of an agreement with Tata Consultancy Services to deploy a the latter’s core insurance product, TCS BaNCS for Insurance. 

This initiative comes as part of Bahrain Kuwait Insurance and Takaful International’s joint efforts to adopt the latest automated insurance technology to achieve the companies’ united goals towards digital transformation to maintain their position as market leaders in Bahrain and a vital player in Kuwait. This new system presents a qualitative leap for insurance companies in terms of design and innovation where many advanced operational aspects of insurance processes were considered.

The new system provides a unique experience for all our users, which will increase operational efficiency and enhance the innovative environment within the framework of the two companies' unified strategies for the systematic digital transformation of insurance operations.
